I've been Hacked!
Would you believe this crap! I've been hacked. Let me explain, see the video above and it will give you some incite on what I'm talking about.
I am quite irritated by this. Luckily, Ulta Beauty has great customer service and it is being taken care of and hopefully rectified very soon. I hope the young lady, SHAWNA TAWNEY, is enjoying her purchases that she probably didn't pay for because she used all my Ulta Rewards points (around 2500) to make her purchases. I have since contacted Ulta Beauty and they are working on it now to help me fix this situation.
This may not seem like a big thing to some people, but it is a big thing for me. 1. I was saving those points up for the holiday season to use for Christmas gifts for my family. Ulta has really nice gift sets during the months leading up to Christmas and that is why I save all my points up and the points really add up and helps out a lot. 2. It's a violation of my privacy and I don't appreciate it. That person did not spend their hard earned money to earn those points, so she/he doesn't get the right to spend them and 3. IT'S STEALING!
Needless to say, I'm very angry about this. I'm not made at Ulta Beauty because the minute I contacted them, they went right to work to fix the problem. I'm just glad they were so responsive to my situation. Great customer service! I'm angry because this wasn't necessary. Go earn your own points and spend your own dollars, chick! LEAVE MINE ALONE!
And to that point, I'm now done venting/ranting about this situation. Has this happened to any of you? If so, please comment below and tell me how did you handle it. I would like to hear from you, so I can try to prevent this from happening, not only to me, but to others also. Later Gators! TBJ
