DAY 22 - WORST HABITS



I don't have a lot of bad habits, but the one that I do have is enough.  My bad habit is stress eating/over eating.  I know I know, it's not really a habit, but it is when you do it most of the time.  I am trying to break that habit because, 1.  It's not healthy and 2.  It's a bad habit.  My other worst habit is procrastinating.  I am the worst and I am really really working on that and trying to break that habit as quickly as I can.  I am using my calendar and I am thinking about incorporating an actually planner to help me with my procrastination.  Slowly but surely, I am working on this.  What's your worst habit and how do you plan on working on it?  Leave a comment below.  Later Gator!  TBJ
