DAY 14 - HEALTHY HABITS

Now I really don't have alot of healthy habits.  I am trying to start living a healthier lifestyle.  One way is increase my water intake.  I'm doing this by using this really neat water bottle that has time listed on the side of it.  So, you drink the water by the hour.  the Times start at 8:00am and ends at 6:00pm.  You drink the water down to 12pm and then refill it back to the top and it then drink it down to 6:00pm.  The times are split down the middle of the bottle.  It's pretty cool and it really does help you drink more water, when you follow it.  I'm trying to follow it.  I also have started to workout, even though I haven't worked out in a couple of days.  I hurt my shoulder a last week and could barely use my dominate arm for two days.  The pain was intense.  So, i'm almost better from that and once that is over with, I'll be good to go and can get back to working out.  I think I will start back doing that on the upcoming Monday. Now with eating, that's my struggle.  Like I stated in a previous post, I love food; however, I do not always make the most healthiest choices.  I am gradually working on that.  It's a work in progress and a hard fight that I deal with everyday.

People think it is easy and that you can just stop eating this or that.  It's not that simple because if it was, then everyone would do it.  So, I take everyday one step at a time.  Am I successful all the time, NOPE!  However, I am learning to forgive myself and move on and try to do better the next time.  Some days I hit it out of the park and then there are days, that I'm like "EPIC FAIL".  Oh well, at least I can say that I tried and am trying.  I just have to work on changing my thinking and making better choices and it will happen.  I know it will.  Well, what are your healthy habits?  Definitely, leave them in the comments.  I would love to know what they are.  Lets talk about it.  Who knows, we may be able to swap ideas.  Well gotta go.  Later Gators!  TBJ
