Millon Dollar Stylist Event

I recently attending what I call a business building event.  I attended the Million Dollar Stylist Event (MDS).  It was great.  I didn't just attend this event for me, I attended this event to obtain information on how to help grow our commercial cleaning business too.  The seminar was held by a young lady by the name of Marquetta Breslin.  She is amazing.  She gave so much information.  I am in information overload.  I took decent notes, so I will be reading over them once I return home.  The event was held in Las Vegas, NV.  I've never been there.  It was nice, but very hot.  I only left my hotel once and that was for lunch.  The temperature that day was 110 degrees.  Now you know, I am used to heat, even heat with humidity; however, this was a different type of heat all together.  Everyone kept saying that it's a dry heat.  So what, heat is heat and it was HOT!  I knew that I would not be going back outside anymore until it was time for me to go home.  Even at night it was hot.  I know it was an easy 80+ degrees at night.  

Unfortunately, my hubby was unable to attend due to the first day of school starting around the same time the event was being held and we have a senior in highschool, so we wanted to make sure that he had a great start for his first day of school.  He's not a baby anymore, but he's our baby.  LOL  Plus, we wanted to make sure he made it to school on time and we know that the school always send home paperwork for the parents to sign, so one of us had to be home for that.  

As for the event, it was sooo informative.  I learned a lot of information about stuff that I didn't even know and some stuff I had heard about, but didn't really understand.  She went into detail about how to promote your business on Facebook and how to use that to better reach your audience and she gave a lot of recommendations too,  I have soo much stuff to review and implement.  I have my work cut out for me and this is just for the cleaning business, not even for the business that I'm trying to create.

If you're not familiar with analytics or need guidance on how to begin your business, I would suggest you attend this event.  I think it would benefit you in the long run.  You will learn a lot and you can network with a lot of other people too.
